The manual offers over 100 tools which are designed to help you meet challenges, hire and motivate staff, offer exciting customer service, complete paperwork, and to help you understand and grow your business.

Our Support Services Team rates all locations on every aspect of their operation in accordance with our “Customer Service Experience Report” (CSE). Report cards are provided to the Franchisee which summarizes the quality of their operations and performance. Independent mystery shoppers and “snap shot” visits may also be employed to assist you in recognizing your business’ strengths as well as its weaknesses.

As a franchisee, you will complete a thorough, comprehensive 3 week training program and our support staff will visit you periodically and are only a phone call away.
