The start-up costs payable to Pita Pazzaz Inc. are the franchise, location fee and design. Construction, signage, equipment and menu costs are paid directly to the contractors and suppliers as the project progresses. These provide you with a complete turn-key operation that's ready for business!

The cost of individual stores varies with size and configuration and the extent of improvements provided by the Landlord. All start-up and opening costs are the responsibility of the Franchisee.

Additional costs may consist of:
• Inventory, GST tax (recoverable)
• First month's rent or security deposit, if applicable.
• Utility deposit for gas and hydro
• Legal fees to review documents and incorporate a company.

Additional costs are provided when a location is selected.

If you can meet the minimum average cash investment of $65,000.00 in unencumbered capital, Pita Pazzaz Inc. can help make arrangements to finance the balance through available small business loans provided you meet our requirements. Pita Pazzaz does not provide direct financing.

Franchisee Expenses After Start Up

The ongoing costs are the Royalty Fees of 6% and the marketing fee of 3%.

To Start You on Your Way

1. Complete the Pita Pazzaz Confidential Questionnaire and assessment form and return them to our franchising department.

2. If you qualify, we will arrange a personal interview. At this time, you will receive complete information detailing the franchise program.

3. Once both parties agree to proceed you will complete the Pita Pazzaz Marketing and Productivity evaluation. At that time, you will be provided with a list of trade references and existing franchisees that we invite you to call upon.

4. Provided a location is not already available, our personnel will work to select a high traffic location for you.

5. Prior to construction, a franchise agreement authorizing you to own a Pita Pazzaz Restaurant will be executed. The initial franchise fee will be required. It is compulsory that your solicitor review and sign the franchise agreement with you.

6. You will be enrolled in and must successfully complete the Pita Pazzaz Training Program.

7. Our staff will continue to provide support services as you open, operate and develop your Pita Pazzaz “Get Fresh” Restaurant Franchise.
